An exceptional “coach”
for the first Italian online university with on-site tutors
Cristiano Ronaldo is the face of eCampus University’s new advertising campaign starting on 15th September 2019. The campaign will feature TV adverts, press, posters, and web activity, all dedicated to innovative education.
Convinced that “in study, like in sport, to win you need determination, commitment, and practice”, the star player of Juventus and five-time winner of the Ballon d’Or will support the presentation of 36 study grants to young people who want to study at university but who have not yet had the opportunity due to economic, family, work, or social reasons, giving thus another chance to those who are less fortunate.
A dedicated website will collect the applications, which will then be evaluated for the allocation of the grants. Despite his sporting commitments, Cristiano Ronaldo has manifested on numerous occasions the desire to undertake an academic qualification in the future in order to complete his education. Being interested in the education sector, Ronaldo immediately appreciated the teaching method at eCampus University not only because of its intrinsic flexibility, but also for the constant care and attention given to students.
eCampus offers 49 different online degree courses, including some very innovative programmes, and is the only e-learning University in Italy with an on-site tutoring service available in every Italian province.
